Hi! I’m Brooke. I love nature, animals, movement, and connecting with others on a deeper level. I was an athlete and played lots of sports growing up. I always felt drawn to yoga, but knew nothing about it until I took my first class in 2011 at a summer hockey camp. It was fun and I loved it, but I soon forgot about it. After graduating high school in 2013, I found myself following yoga videos on YouTube. This time around, it had a profound impact on my entire life. It was the beginning of a deep, spiritual journey to myself. After many years of feeling depressed and deeply disconnected from myself, I learned how to love + accept who I really am through my yoga & meditation practice. The practice has led me down a beautiful path, and I’ve been connected with books, teachers & friends who have helped me grow exponentially in all areas of my life.
I became a certified yoga instructor in 2014, and later received my certification for health coaching in 2017. I work to help people recognize their self-worth, and to ground their passions into being of service, so that together we can all be more uplifted and benefit not only ourselves, but all life on earth.
